Condobolin Retirement Village Accommodation and Fees
Accommodation - Condobolin District Retirement Village provides care to those within the community who have been assessed as needing care and support. Area based health officers (The Aged Care Assessment Team) assess prospective residents' needs regarding levels of care.

- 40 Hostel units, each providing single self-contained services. Units for couples are available.
- 42 bed, single and multiple room Nursing Home services.
- Short term (respite) and permanent admissions.
- Administration, kitchen and laundry services are all provided on-site.
What do you get for your money? - Accommodation and all meals, plus cleaning and laundry services and activities. You will be cared for by staff experienced in aged care.

Fees and charges - Basic daily care fees vary according to your pensioner status. Full and part pensioners pay a lower daily rate than non-pensioners. Income tested fees only apply if you exceed the government threshold limit. If you are in receipt of a full pension you will not be required to pay an income-tested fee. Accommodation Bonds or Accommodation Charges vary according to your individual personal financial circumstances.
The Basic Daily Care Fee is $31.52 per day for pensioner or part-pensioner and $39.28 per day for non-pensioners; these fees are subject to change every six months.
