Condobolin District Retirement Village

Condobolin District Retirement Village is an integral part of the Lachlan Shire community and is a fully licensed aged care facility which offers quality care to those in need of Hostel, Nursing Home style accommodation or secure dementia care. Outside courtyards are secure and the landscaped gardens provide a lovely setting.

Hostel accommodation is available to either singles or couples in self contained units. Each unit is furnished to a limited extent, fully air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and fully serviced. The village provides twenty-four hour, seven day staffing and all our staff are dedicated to providing for your every need.

Recognised by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency as a provider of quality care the Village offers a range of aged care services on either a long or short term basis. Respite care in both the Hostel and Nursing Home is available for a period of up to nine weeks per year. The village also offers their services to those who need to rehabilitate following a period of illness.

Condobolin township sits alongside the Lachlan river and stands as a major centre of Central West NSW. It is the largest of several towns within the Lachlan Shire and serves as the headquarters for the local Shire Council which, as part of its vision statement, promotes itself as The Heart of NSW. The district produces some of the highest quality wheat, barley, sheep, wool, cattle, and beef for export and offers a lifestyle typical of any country NSW town, free from the usual hustle and bustle of cities and larger regional centres. A warm and relaxed atmosphere is available for all to enjoy. Recreational opportunities abound and are diverse.
